
Airport "Borispol" declared the tender for selection of bank for opening of the demand line of credit for the sum of $130 million it is told in «the Bulletin of state purchases» where the enterprise has submitted the announcement of competition. Demands are accepted till November, 10th when disclosing of offers of participants will take place. In the airport press-service have explained that means are necessary for financing of building of terminal D, but didn't begin to open details concerning what works will be financed at the expense of this money and during what term is planned to master the credit.
Terminal D building already comes to an end, at least according to the confirmed officially terms. Last named date of opening — on December, 30th, 2011 According to the company-builder, sounded in the beginning of this year, cost of all project of reconstruction makes $450 million (since the building beginning in 2008 when the official estimate made 1,66 billion UAH., the object has risen in price more than twice).
But in spite of the fact that terminal delivery already, apparently, on the way, these figures it is not necessary to be limited. In an informal conversation with «Kiev Airport Transfer» one of representatives of the airport has explained that the terminal civil-engineering design, has allocated proceeds of credit for which Japanese bank JBIC at a rate of $180 million, assumed also partial financing at the expense of own means of the airport. That the building estimate has again grown, the parity of "Japanese" and own means has changed also, and because of shortage of the last and decided to involve the demand line of credit. Besides the credit for building will continue to utilize the credit of Japanese bank — according to the state budget project the next year, in 2012 from the credit it will be used 180 million UAH.
In spite of the fact that the airport doesn't change official date of opening of the airport, it is already clear: by New year passengers won't see the ready terminal. During presentation of the new concept of development of the airport in July of this year the general director the enterprise Anton Volov has let know that terminal D opening will be formal. Within 2012 only in a test mode and only its work is planned for service of direct flights, without transit. It is connected, first, with the found out lacks of the terminal project (for example, have appeared íåïðåäóñìîòðåíû zones for transit and service of internal flights), secondly, with scale plans on increase in its throughput — with declared before 5 million to 15 million passengers a year. But hardly all these changes will keep within $130 million
